Because the dining room is the setting for so many important occasions, it deserves special attention for decoration and furnishings. Here we offer one of the most elegant groupings in production today. At center is a stunning extension table with intricately carved legs and apron. The carvings are repeated on the legs and backs of the chairs, which come in two styles: fabric back and wood back. The magnificent china cabinet features three dovetailed drawers, two doors with interior adjustable shelves, adjustable glass shelves in the upper portion and three-way touch lights. The entire group is finished in a rich cherry stain, with the design details highlighted with a gold finish before the final lacquering is applied. The antique brass hardware of the drawer pulls and door handles is heavy and intricate in detail. All pieces are constructed with birch solids and select cherry veneers.
