MAGNOLIA HALL: Our furniture is made for us under contract, and we sell to you, not to stores. We do not have a showroom. Because we are strictly a mail order business and control our overhead, we are able to sell furniture of the highest quality at reasonable prices. Furniture is shipped (in most cases directly from the manufacturer) as soon as it is ready. Custom-ordered pieces take approximately six to eight weeks. We acknowledge your order as soon as it is received and indicate the date you may expect shipment.

MATERIALS: Most pieces are made of solid woods (note specifications in catalog description). Other pieces may include veneers or non-wood materials. Please request specifics for any item in the catalog. Most tables, chairs, and sofas offer a choice of wood finishes.

FABRICS: On items with fabric choices, please request swatches for the specific piece you wish to order. You may send us your own material for most of the sofas and chairs in the catalogue. Yardage requirements are available on request. Yardage quotes are for 54" plain fabric. Patterns that would need to be matched would require more yardage. Please check with your salesperson at time of purchase. Your own fabrics should be shipped to our warehouse address: Magnolia Hall, 138 Emerald Creek Dr., Jasper, GA 30143.

stagecoach SHIPPING: Smaller items in the catalog will be shipped by UPS or FedEx Ground. Larger and heavier items will be shipped by motor freight lines or furniture haulers to your home, your office, or, if you prefer, to a local freight terminal for customer pick-up. Freight costs are based on your order total and may be viewed by clicking here to see the chart.
Inside delivery is available at an additional charge and will not be included in the service provided by Magnolia Hall unless specified by the customer. To request inside delivery rates for a product, e-mail us at belvedere@magnoliahall.com or call toll-free 1-866-410-2755. There may be additional charges due to local restrictions or limitations which are not foreseeable by Magnolia Hall.

DAMAGE: All shipments are fully insured against damage. All cartons should be carefully inspected before signing a freight bill. Any subsequent damage that is discovered should be promptly reported to the freight company and Magnolia Hall. Save all cartons and packing materials until the resolution of the claim. On UPS or FedEx shipments repack damaged item in original packing and carton and call carrier to pick up and return for replacement. Notify Magnolia Hall in all cases of damage.

RETURNS: Items that have a fabric and/or finish choice are considered custom-ordered and are not returnable unless there is damage or defect. Other items are returnable within 30 days. There is a 15% restocking charge. Just call or write for return authorization. Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

PAYMENT: Personal check (allow three weeks to clear), money order, VISA, Master-Card, or Discover cards are accepted and should be included with your order. Charges are made at the time your order is placed.

LAY-AWAY: For your convenience you may select your furniture and take as long as 12 months to pay if your order is $500 or more. Take the total amount of purchase and divide by 12. This gives you the monthly amount to pay for a year. (If you wish a shorter time, divide by 6 and pay this amount for 6 months.) When the total is paid, furniture will be made up and shipped to you. You are guaranteed current pricing and protected against rising costs! To use this method of payment, just fill out the order blank, calculate your monthly payment as described above, and include your first month's payment with your order. You will receive a lay-away agreement and confirmation of your order. We cannot guarantee a fabric choice or item will remain available during the lay-away period.
