The Louis XV Suite
The Louis XV Suite is a meticulous recreation of late 18th century provincial furniture. The elaborate carvings and graceful curves of this tradition continue to inspire furniture design today just as they did throughout the Victorian period.
The frames of the sofa, love seat and chair are solid beechwood with corner-block construction to insure generations of use. Crests and aprons of the pieces are intricately carved with scrolls, tendrils and plumes. A careful, hand-finishing process follows with sanding, staining, hand-rubbing and sealing. Shown in the antique gold finish, this group is also available in dark fruitwood, mahogany and white gold.
Chairs and sofa come in choice of fabrics.
